The vast majority of people today are zombies as a result of what is essentially mass hypnosis. For someone to be hypnotized they first need to be suggestible. Suggestibility is a person’s tendency to accept and act upon suggestions, the degree to which they can be influenced. A hypnotherapist will get a feel for how suggestible a person is and guide them to a state of deep focus and relaxation. This state is in fact a trance. To be in a trance might sound spooky but a trance is nothing more than when we are zoned out. The technical term is to dissociate, meaning we detach or separate ourselves, the opposite of associate. It’s when we become unaware of our surroundings because we’re so focused on the moment as when driving through monotonous traffic and having no recollection of the last couple of traffic lights. So to be zoned out is to be in a mild trance. The short version of how hypnosis works then is a suggestible person is guided into a trance and then into a state of hypnosis. This is a parallel to what we experience in modern culture.
Today men and women alike are sick. No one is immune and without taking conscious, proactive measures, a person’s hormones are seriously compromised. Processed food, endocrine disruptors, which includes artificial light, and a sedentary lifestyle result in obesity and serious metabolic disturbances. These metabolic issues are impossible to narrow down to specific causes – though the medical establishment acts as if they can – precisely because we’re so deeply immersed in a toxic soup of synthetic crap. Our hormones, particularly our pituitary hormones, are secreted in response to light. In short, we’re not designed for artificial light nor the timing of when we receive that light. Think of a person staring at their phone as they lie in bed wondering why they don’t sleep well. Likewise the human body isn’t designed to use seed oils, Red No. 3 food dye or five pounds of sugar every month. Short version, all of this leaves the average person a hormonal wreck. Thus the average man today is walking around with a third of the testosterone men had in the 1940s and women are similarly affected. This causes people to be more neurotic, anxious, prone to depression and all together far more suggestible than they otherwise would be.
The decline of men’s average testosterone levels from 1975 until now and the increase of institutionalized hostility towards masculinity over the same time period are inversely proportional to each other. That is, for each tick down in average T levels, there is a corresponding upward tick in hostility towards masculinity. This Swiss clock-like precision of inverse proportionality is made possible first from falling testosterone levels which allows the social narrative of feminine supremacy to take root in the public conscience. This is because testosterone eliminates strategic prosocial behavior, meaning, healthy levels of T cause men to refuse the fabricated narrative of radical social change. To quote the cited study, “exogenous testosterone fully eliminated strategic, i.e., feigned, prosociality and thus decreased submission to audience expectations.” In other words, healthy men don’t accept there are more than two genders or that men should be vulnerable just because someone with a PhD says so. And of course the opposite is necessarily true. The lower a man’s T, the more accepting he is of such nonsense. That is, he’s more suggestible. And women are naturally more suggestible than men even without the hormonal disruptions. Factor in the metabolic chaos our modern environment imposes on us and the average woman is a blank sheet of paper, ready to accept whatever social narrative they’re fed.
And while the organism itself is prepared for manipulation, the environment is likewise programmed by introducing an increasingly prevalent form of false reality through our reliance on all things media. This false reality is made more effective through the destruction of community and the subsequent stripping away of our natural tribal identity. People used to form a portion of their identity through their connections in the community. Churches, social clubs, the need to leave the house in order to interact with people, has all been replaced by depersonalized forms of acquaintance. Now people identify as fans of a favorite sports team, as fans of entertainers and the genre those celebrities belong to, as users of favorite consumer goods and so on. To quote George Orwell in 1984, “. . . films, football, beer and above all, gambling filled up the horizons of their minds. To keep them in control was not difficult.”
Mass hypnosis then works by first destabilizing the population through hormonal dysregulation, the overall sabotage of our physical and mental health and social isolation. Now psychologically compromised, the average person replaces meaning and belonging with self-indulgence. Bread and circuses in other words; bellies full and entertained, people abdicate personal sovereignty to the system. As compared to past generations, people have no concrete religious beliefs to counter radical new messages coming from the system. Instead of at least a loose network of neighbors, people interact with anonymous avatars on social media, making it easy to hate since they don’t feel like real people. But the negative emotions elicited are real and play havoc on an already compromised hormonal system, spiraling a person into a state of dissociation. Dissociated from ourselves, from reality, awash in a make believe world of manufactured crises, agitated and anxious.
Doom scrolling social media, emotions spiking up and down, the mind fragmented and unable to focus on just one thing. This is how the messaging is delivered. The person is highly suggestible, in a trance like state staring at their phone, their minds wide open to the next simulation of reality. A woman who’s already hurt and angry after having sex on the first date with a man who never called her back. She’s been indoctrinated to see this act as a form of independence and strength but it leaves her empty and damaged instead. Now she scrolls TikTok, laughing at a funny video then feeling outraged by another video, she’s primed for messaging. The next video is another angry woman with similar experiences with men, reinforcing the viewer’s justifications for her own reckless lifestyle. Her emptiness isn’t her fault, her actions are perfectly normal and healthy, it’s someone else’s fault. Likewise the young man who didn’t get a date at all. He feels emasculated and puny, what few women give him attention rarely agree to a date and when the occasional date happens, it never ends well. There are videos encouraging men to build themselves, get to the gym, work on their social skills but he thinks “look at those guys, they were born on 3rd base, what do they know?” He finds other men like himself, guys who are angry they can’t “just be themselves” and who see women as cruel for not accepting them as they are.
These same people gravitate to other related content, the algorithm piling on the most salacious videos. Their online diet consists of either happy shiny people who all seem to have perfect lives or the worst caricatures of people they’ve come to see as the enemy. All of this is abundantly clear to anyone able to step back and take an objective look at the world but most get hung up on asking why. The why is secondary. If someone is putting poison in your food every day, why they’re poisoning you is less important than first recognizing someone is poisoning you. Refusing the poison is the top priority, speculate as to the why later.
Fixing our hormones and overall health is the first step. Eat real, whole food, as much as possible eliminate processed food which means very little will be purchased from the standard grocery store. With a few exceptions, if it can survive for months on a supermarket shelf, your body won’t like it. Learn about endocrine disruptors, including the effects of artificial light and begin to filter out synthetic products and yes, this is an ongoing, years long process. Lift weights religiously, sleep well and gets lots of sun. Limit social media to content that is actually productive and learn to recognize just because you get a dopamine hit from a video doesn’t mean it’s good for you. Alcohol is poison, weed in whatever form is a vehicle for escape and thus weakens a man in the long run. Turn off the TV and accept that the outcome of all professional sports is fixed before the season begins. The things one gives time and attention to are the gods one worships.
